What are you doing this summer?

Spending your nights on Twitter? Then why not come along to something fun and geeky with me! I'm speaking at a whole bunch of things across the UK in the next few months and it would make my summer to see you there. First up is a panel discussion on collaboration in science hosted by the Triple Helix Society at Cambridge University on 12th May. Then on 23rd May there is a recording of the Little Atoms podcast at the Free Word Centre in Farringdon, London, on the topic of techno-utopia, with Gia Milinovich and Ken Hollings.

And on 24th May, the evening before International Geek Pride Day, you'll find me at the Asia House Festival of Asian Literature in Marylebone. I'll be in conversation with The Guardian's famous science correspondent, Alok Jha, about Geek Nation. This event, I've been informed, will have refreshments plus the venue is amazing so buy your tickets as soon as you can. I'm doing a couple more literary festivals outside London in July and August, but I'll let you know the details closer to the time.

If you'd like to be kept in the loop about other events and coverage surrounding the book, then please join the Geek Nation Facebook group (345 fans and counting!). Also, if you're in the UK and you still haven't bagged a copy of the book then you'll be pleased to know that Amazon has kindly dropped the price to a bargain £11 (it's almost too cheap).

You should be able to get it at Crossword and Landmark. If they've run out, then you can order it online through uRead, Flipkart and Indiaplaza, or call Dial-a-Book. Details on my website: http://www.angelasaini.co.uk/books.htm
